It looks like an oil refinery.

Looks like industrial scaffolding except there’s no reveal.

Put that next to spurs or Everton’s stadium, looks awful. Besides which I think it’s mental we have a PL club and a pitch with a slope!

If we do spend we should move. I love our stadium but spending 1 billion you expect a ****ing red rose not a steel drum.

As long as it’s city centre ish then fine. Would rather we didn’t bother with any out of city ****e like gosforth park or Kingston park

As I said, the constant stalling on a decision coupled with the fact the owners appear to be looking for the cheapest possible option isn’t a great sign.

They've not once said their looking for cheapest option. They said if their going to write a check for £1bn or £2bn they'd prefer to write it once in a generation rather than twice so it was important they made the correct decision.

Well it’s going to take a while to replace Eales. So everything will be on the back burner.

They'll always have issues with the people protecting some inspects and birds in the town moor and the leazes park... which is all just hassle, delays and bad press.

The Bill Oddie brigade will not just surrender they'll be out in force getting in the way of diggers and waving signs.

This situation is anyone's guess, but so far everything about this takeover points towards a modest increase in the size of a stand.

Like chaos says some lesser shagged seagull nesting in leazes park will cause issues down the line. I’d tear down half the ****e around the brewery site and build there

I don't understand why anyone sees the town moor as being particularly interesting anyway .it's just a flat area grass ... there's nothing to look at.
