A good coach will generally get the best out of their players. Look at Reidy and the team he got to two seventh place finishes. Maybe QPR are poor because their coach isn’t great?

 

Because he is a good coach. Same with Rohl at Wednesday. RLB was relegated last season, he's pretty good for us.

 

Getting the best out of the players doesn't mean they become a top 6 side. Their players are limited and even playing to their maximum they are a bottom 8 side
