I’ve no idea what some people are ****ing smoking. We had some of our best players come on tonight and couldn’t really make a dent in ****ing Wimbledon.

Perfect result?! Holy ****, lads, we look utterly disjointed, clueless, disinterested and pretty much bereft of any identity. To be honest I’m ****ing bored of having to explain why we will fail this season. If people cannot see that this is a stagnant team then I can’t help you understand football.

The ****ing manager picked two goalkeepers instead of putting some good talent like Sanusi or Harrison on the bench. We look absolutely bollocks.

That was utter ****. If Longstaff can’t do it against 4th tier ****e he never will.

Save being a grumpy **** for when there's something to be grumpy about. We won, got through and dominated the entire game.

Your grumpy because we won the game and your solution is to stick a load of untested kids in the team? And the benefit of that would be what? That we might not win?

To be fair some of that play was utter ****e and would he laughed at in kid level. When krafth and a keeper look the best players in the pitch against a club who don’t even have a ****ing pitch it’s concerning.

It was never a guaranteed win, they put Ipswich, ie a Prem team, out in the last round.

I don't know why anyone's analysing it, it was very comfortable.

The passing was woeful, the movement was woeful, there was a huge lack of ideas, and a number of players looked lost against Wimbledon. That wasn’t a reserve team, that was a first team with one or two tweaks. Yes we controlled it but one counter attack and that was us in the ropes. Seen this script hundreds of times before.

I thought we did a professional job on them.

Why all of a sudden am I being balanced and others are wetting the bed?

I don't understand why people can't accept the win and accept it was turgid stuff... guess what both are true, so quite why people want to get a wide on over either aspect of that is very strange.

Not bed wetting at all. Can be honest in an assessment without an over reaction.

We did the job. Won comfortably and didn’t really have any scares.

We didn’t have to demolish them. We just had to get the job done.

I am happy with the performance and result.

I agree. I think it was one of those games where we just needed to get a job done. Nothing more and nothing less.

The control was there. It wasn’t pretty. It didn’t need to be.

A few things for me where that the kid up top is raw as **** an no where near premier league levels and we paid 10m for him.

Miggy looks like he’s trying buy simply he’s average.

    Joelinton looks off it aswell.

Thought Joelinton was alright, thought Willock, Osula, Longstaff, miggy, Barnes, Tino and Kelly looked like they won a competition to play a game

Kelly concerns me given he is on 150k a week. Hes not had one good game since joining us.

    Longstaff is Longstaff.

Barnes seems to have poor games and then bangs in a screamer.

But the rest of them where up against a team that where playing their cup final and they didn’t lay a glove on us. I don’t recall them having a shot on target.

It was always going to be a crappy performance.

Stand by my comments. Bored of what Howes Newcastle now represent. Turgid, aimless, bang average. I didn’t accept this of Pardew I won’t accept it of a man who’s spent £400m.
