Still no tin hat for me. I’d not be unhappy if Rigg was on the bench on Friday. But I’d leave Neil out first. Think Browne has to start though for one of them

MotM for me. You can see he's got natural talent but it's impressive how effective he's already made himself.

Don't think rusyn has settled yet.

Rigg wasn't at the races today but we won 2-0.
    Magic <magic>

I've noticed a lot including myself used to go for a lucky pìss etc hoping we'd score.
Now it's a case of not wanting to go pìss for fear of missing us score :emoticon-0148-yes:

Wilson Isidor, honestly, think we have our striker. His hold up play, his movement and him dropping deep to link play from time to time is what we’ve been missing since we lost Stewart.

need to put that left winger nonsense to bed

Other than Burnley winning, results were great for us tonight.

Utter relief to get over the line, despite conceding 5 in our last two away games, at home we seem resilient. In the past we preferred a bigger pitch, recently we seem to prefer a smaller pitch.

    On the player front;
Poveda - simply isnt fit or ready, now injured again, good job we have Watson!
Isidor - terrific talent, such a quick forward who loves to run and shoot, his two goals are dreams for this fanbase
Mepham - a true rolls Royce, was gutted when he went down, thought "**** me who we bringing on now", we've got some talent at centre back when fit
Neil - redemptive game, was class, just want to see a bit more from him at times, such as before he played that ball to Isidor, he could've turned into space earlier
Mundle - an amazing young player, so exciting...not at his best because he held onto it a bit too much and missed a great chance, but joyous to see him grab an assist after I shouted "onto your left foot now!".

Press - when we did it, it worked very well, we just need to use the ball better...for instance, there was times when we held onto it too long from an individual standpoint, Jobe when he could make a simple pass, or Mundle trying to manoeuvre into space. Possession for the sake of possession could be useful at times too.

Onto Leeds, be intriguing to see if we change anything! We certainly should in my opinion.

TBF it was only the 'three hundred days since we had a striker' brigade who were saying that ...

... Wilson said, on DayOne, 'I'm a striker'.

Probably echo what most have said we weren't great but won 2-0. Hell of a strike from Jobe and a nice poachers goal for Wilson. Job done on to Leeds.

Nah we need some steel. I actually think Rigg has had a pass for a few games.

Only need another 6 home wins to match last seasons tally of 10 and just another 20 points to match last seasons tally of 32 from home games. Still yet to concede at home also.

Hopefully making the SoL a fortress.

Neil should look good in a game like today. Leeds is the iron test. Away games he has simply been target and blown away.

I do think Leeds will be a tough test. If I am honest I'll take a point now.

In my opinion we can only 'be great' playing against a team who try to match us by playing football ...

... if a club like Derby or Cardiff want to play it rough we have to go down to their level then take our chances.

I think against Watford he was quite anonymous, understandable...his goal against Boro bought him plenty of time, thought first half tonight he was good, as the team became more passive he lost his way, he's so wonderful when on the ball.

I agree, you'd think there'd be less pressure at times away from home.

I've only highlighted the bits I agree with.

I'm going on Friday, on my own from Fife, and get back to Edinburgh at 00.47 then sleeping in my van.

Whatever happens, during games, it's wonderful to watch these lads doing their best.

Of course it doesn't always click but you know they're trying and something fantastic might just happen.

And, of course, there's always a big chance you'll bump into someone with a great story to tell.

Can't wait to set off on Friday.
