RLB: We are disappointed - we want to win every game We used a different shape, we dominated and had good chances after they scored We made 2 mistakes and lost the game It's still a new experience and the players are learning, we need different options in our toolbox We need to learn and build on our foundations Tommy Watson - young players will be given their opportunity, they need experience and confidence We want to press high and have fast attacks but we can't play like that for the whole game It's a balance and we need to be dynamic during the game Derby have a good dynamic - they are strong we need to improve many things it will be a different experience. Browne is available for Derby
Think the last time we beat Watford at home 2-0, can’t remember who they were playing but they were shouting the usual hilarious taunts about cheesy chips across metro platforms at me
That explains why they were giddy arseholes when I pulled back into central in a Sunderland shirt sharp zipped my coat back up
They were due to play Wimbledon away but due to the state of Wimbledon's pitch after the floods it's been switched
Fully aware of that. I knew a lad who was meant to be going down, he’s gutted as there’s a slim chance they’ll play AFC Wimbledon away any time soon
️ RLB on Derby County: 'We are ready for another tough game. They are fit and organised. We are constantly learning and adapting. We have to be the best version of us.' RLB on Tommy Watson: 'Saturday was a good experience for Tommy. We trust all our young players to show their potential and creativity when given the opportunity...' RLB on injuries: 'Alan Browne is available for tomorrow's game. We're expecting others to return after the international break...'
Depends if he is 100%, would hate to rush hin back n then he misses the Leeds game. He def needs to be starting 1 of these games at least tho - missed him last couple games. Just keeps things ticking over nicely in CM
I wonder if Jobe or Rigg get a rest for this one and one for Leeds. Would make sense if the fatigue numbers are high. Do they both have international duties upcoming?
I’d be absolutely staggered if Jobe got a rest. Played every minute so far this season in the league and will continue to do so.
Don't think Jobe will get a rest, he doesn't need one at the minute - I suspect Rigg might get rested for 1 of the games The international break might actually be coming at a good time, should have ballard, mayenda, Sameh and Connolly available for the Hull game Alese won't be far away, the squad will look so much better with those lads in the match day squad
Rigg looked slightly off the place for me on Saturday, maybe swap him for Aleksić and bring him on around the hour mark
