Nothing wrong with books on gut health in penguins. It is a serious matter. Do you realise that many little blue penguins are suffering from very bad gut health due to the rubbish we chuck in the sea and on the beaches where they nest in burrows? The ones in Australia are also beginning to show signs of heat exhaustion.
Snowflakes - not for nothing are they known as fairy penguins... But, jokes aside, Australians in general are showing signs of heat exhaustion - it's just the start of autumn and the temperatures are already reaching towards summer heights, and bushfire warnings are already popping up. That's leaving me in a bit of a quandary - all thoughts of returning there put on hold. Even my preferred destination - the Tablelands in Far North Queensland where the climate is near-perfect - is starting to look a bit too steamy.
Not really funny, but totally laughable - five hours is obviously a long time in politics. The devolution of this was a Tory promise prior to the Brexit referendum - and then an election promise by Labour this year. And people wonder why Scots are fed up and want out of the UK.
