Just looked at the Championship odds. Leeds odds on favourites to be champions, based on the difference in odds 10/11 for Leeds and us at 9/2, that seems to suggest that Leeds have about a five times better chance of winning the league! It gets even sillier when you look at the odds to finish in the top 2, some bookies have Leeds 1/8, 8 to 1 on this far out is just stupid. We are evens with one bookie, even with a five point lead I would want at least 3/1 at this stage of the season.
The division seems weaker that last year imo that’s why Leeds are such short odds for promotion already
City, Liverpool and Chelsea away treble tomorrow in the cup 10/1. Difficult games at Brighton, Newcastle and Spurs respectively but all 3 of them have very strong rotation options and I can see the home teams resting players.
I think we're good but I wouldn't touch that with a barge pole. I don't think we'll be as short as that for many games this season let along where we finish. Leicester completely ruined this market when they won the PL.
We definitely won’t be. Leeds start some home games around those odds but we never do. The bookies have underestimated us in some games, there’s been some excellent value around
Chucked a fiver on Coventry, Accrington and Killy to draw with 15 left. 45/1. Cashed for £160 in injury time, bottled it totally and it’s came in. Would’ve been £225 or so. Pays for tonight I suppose.
