waste of time who’s your favourite player type of baby questions Should be for asking the hard questions
Does seem like that. Heard people had to submit questions before hand and only a select few were chosen.
I have a 7" 33rpm that came with a book, it was a Stingray " talk along , Phones did the speech and you had to play the Troy Tempest part , side 2 was the end credits song " Marina " I think it was called Into Action with Troy Tempest , l also had the Fireball XL 5 single until my younger brother shot holes in it with our air rifle
Don't mind us going out early tbh. Waiting 17 years just to win the same (minimally important) trophy we won last time would be a bit of a downer, for me. The Europa is the one I want.
Was just going to say the same. With City in the draw, our chances are always low, so best bite the bullet and see if we can catch them unawares. We have a decent record against them.
I had several 33rpm 7 inch "Century TV21 mini albums" of various Gerry Anderson series. Seem to be whole episodes edited down to "21 minutes of adventure" with voiceovers by the characters covering the visual bits. The damage mine had was my invention of the frisbee, flinging them off the balcony of the flat, trying to get them on the Central Line at the bottom of the garden (I didn't get close). Same fate befell all the original Beatles singles. please log in to view this image

RIP Maggie Smith. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/crggzy42v30o 89 is a decent age and her career spanned decades and won virtually every award.
Ah bloody hell....RIP Fabulous actress and one you imagined she would always be here! I think the first thing I saw her in was California Suite with Michael Caine. Absolutely brilliant then - and equally so in Best Marigold Hotel, 40-odd years later!
I remember seeing her as Miss Jean Brodie, when I was a wee bairn. A stunning performance. You're spot on, as she was totally brilliant in BMH. Thanks for the memories. RIP
