Talksport are saying that they believe Man City to have won their case and that it has shot down all APT rules.
APT rules are contrary to UK law. They were hurriedly introduced following our takeover (something else the PL and cartel 6 couldn't stop.) It's game over.

I see the YouTube muppetts have hung themselves up by the balls without any confirmation on this ruling and what changes will be made. It would appear everyone is assuming a win for city means they'll be completely scrapped, but it may only require a new system that's still designed to defeat Newcastle. The truth is nobody knows yet and nobody knows what the impact will be, but it's possibly a big breakthrough.
It's all falling nicely into place isn't it.. the defences for the clubs like Liverpool Arsenal Manchester United an Tottenham are being picked apart and their fans will then start supporting the idea of a super league under the 'It's not fair that there's state owned clubs' or simply it's 'damaging football' mental gymnastics. They haven't got the brains or good nature to just admit their clubs bought their success and now hide like gutless turds behind a set of rules that gives them success. They like to think their clubs were grown organically and that there's something special about them... well why are they so afraid to prove it then.
I still think we will grow organically and I don’t think the Man City ruling will have any impact on our actions. PIF may put more commercial deals in place with the slacking of the rules but that is just the right thing to do.
They'll just keep inventing more and more rules to stop the club growing significantly, but it will come down to whether the Saudis enthusiasm. Hopefully the sponsorship rules are abolished but I find it unlikely... they'll just fix whatever part the courts have an issue with ... I don't think they'll just rip them up and say go on then Newcastle because the people with grubby hands aren't just going to give up their money.
I think they’ll have to. They don’t have a choice, other than them trying to have uk laws changed. They’ve left themselves wide open for being done on multiple fronts. It’s why they keep everything hush hush. The entire thing is corrupt as ****. How the **** the FA haven’t taken over the PL and ran it properly is beyond ****ing belief. That chew faced dickhead Masters had been a ****ing disaster from start to finish.
