    It’s easy
Labour will borrow billions more to pay for it and other lost causes like net zero, and despite the rhetoric, have no plans of ideas how to stop the boats or run a government for that matter

    Cooper on immigration.

She says recent disorder and violence will not silence a serious debate on immigration that has been missing "for too long". .....
............ really there likely wouldnt be if she hadnt promised 100,00 free tickets and we took them back to France ...where they would have to try again and maybe do it properly!

Repeatedly calling the current government a "serious" one, she says net migration must come down and people must be trained here in the UK. .....
.............no understanding of the situation at all, we have a 100'000 born and bred British citizens every August join the ranks of of wanting apprenticeships/ training/ even a job. my grandson has been trying for 10 weeks to get one as has 8 or 9 of his mates. ALONG WITH MANY PARENTS WHO HAD TO PAY the council a premium to go on affordable holidays .... " because they need to be educated to get a job" he passed 8 of his exams............... illegals are often non English speaking and poorly educated!!!!!!!

She says the asylum system is in "chaos" while underlining the need to look at "criminal gangs" - a point Keir Starmer made repeatedly throughout the election campaign ............ " A NEED TO LOOK AT!!!! no positivity there then

Immigration is "important" she adds, but needs to be "properly managed and controlled" so that the system is "fair".
OK .. you need to wise up and look at the wider picture as where the illegals will fit in. 000's of properly trained skilled migrating workers are plying their trades elsewhere BECAUSE we .gov ministersay, [ well the civilised intelligent British public dont] we cant have the legal ones because the illegals are jumping the que

SO the young British school leavers and skilled immigrants trying to get jobs the legal way are cast aside ............

Spot on they have never not borrowed to get out of trouble, even when we had £trns of oil revenue flowing into the kitty.. just think back to the first 6 years of Bliar's time as PM and take JUST £1,000,000,000,000 thats a trillion! from oil and gas multi £trn's, And put it to good use like "could have built 40 hospitals .... modernised 50 schools ..... built 500,000 council houses to replace the right buy stock. but where did it all go even sold our gold ..............

They can't even agree on pub opening times, despite the fact they have been British institutions for centuries, and 50 pubs per week are permanently closing at present.
The Government should be supporting them and encouraging growth not trying to be a nanny state over such trivial matters

noticed both sets of freebies got an airing think the dress must have been an unsold version or a trial one that didnt make the rail!

Kamikaze looked visibly shocked when the heckler had his shout ... same old reply used dozens of times before .. but still all the sheep laughed on que

if you look at the 20 things Kamikaze and his cronies are "going to do" they have found the mystical money tree ....
one statement says the GBE is up and running? ! another says "we are going to set it up in Aberdeen!

dePrivatise the railways.... that will cost a lot ................... and some are part owned by foreign .gov's

INTERESTING they keep on spouting the same un confirmed figure however .. £700m
BBC Verify has asked the Home Office for a full breakdown, both in July and today. ............ as figures are incorrect
In March, the National Audit Office said payments to Rwanda would rise to £370m over the five years of the scheme with additional costs bringing the total to about £600m, so not taking place so £370m short on the £700m ....... a MASSIVE lie .......
    1000 staff ... [ still employed! ] would only add / account for £circa 30,000,000 ! for 1 year..........

In a moment picked up online, Starmer misspoke while discussing conflict in the Middle East, and called for the “return of the sausages” in Gaza. He then corrected that to "hostages". Watch that moment bel

not having any plans is devastating... Streetings lack of, being smoked screened by his "SHOCK AND AWE" rants that have been the key for the past decade for the Labour party "its broken and they did it"
Now nearly all sectors of the NHS are fighting back with their requests he go bury his head somewhere and do something constructive as he is causing deep unrest and fibbery with his unfounded rants!

Running Britain is like running a house or a business. You have to balance the books but you also need to make repairs and upgrades every so often - including (especially) when you don’t want to.
The Tories have underinvested in the UK infrastructure for 15 years. They have chosen to spend the money on other things (including dodgy PPE contracts for one of their own??) rather than repairing the roof or fixing the windows.
Labour are the new tenants and they find the roof is leaking and the window frames are rotten. Not only that but the car’s MOT is also due and there are repairs needed to get it to pass.
Labour is having to make up for a 15 years lack of investment.
This is not party politics on my part - it’s simple fact. There’s a lot about Labour I strongly disagree with; the cancellation of winter payments for pensioners and their (apparent) soft approach to immigration are just 2 examples but there’s more. But the backbone of the UK has suffered from years of Tory neglect and someone has to fix it.
Never mind all you ‘true blues’ - as soon as the infrastructure is fixed you’ll get your beloved Tories back - who will cut public spending once again and the whole cycle will begin once more…….

A superb opening comment drawing the parrallel to house hold budgeting and of course the need to budget....
However the rest is just not how it works, lost in a bias that falls into the trap of trying to make it fit into the "owners" failings.

person have a house, lets say just bought it, they have a large - ish mortgage say 4x annual income , they have an income, couple kids, a car and there is a carry over from their last house of debts accrued because of poor management of your situation then and they are going to start afresh! pretty much like Tories taking over from Labour & to a much lesser extent Labour taking over from Tories... so back to your "the tories have" [ and its not 15 its 14 years ].............

    they start their budget
    the .gov starts their budget
they have 3 main things to concentrate on...... existing pre debt / current debt 2nd food third is energy lights etc
.gov have 2 things to sort out existing debt and future budget requirements

they have some other problems like, which to sort first sort [ or do all asap ... the car /the roof/ the windows/ holidays...etc check the budget or try and borrow!
.gov do they spend out left right and centre on new roads/ more police/ more doctors/ more nurses / more police/ improving existing infra structure ........ and need to borrow!

IMHO the complete erjits the "they" will have a miserable existence, no sense no planning no patience erode their budget by loan payments but the .gov that plans it out takes 8 -9 years of "doing just enough" to keep everything rolling whilst the debt gets eroded and can then start sorting the problems with a strong income, and plans for each thing required which might take a further 5 or 6 years [ unless interrupted by unforseen circumstances ] surely looks the better!

if that was true then no need to mention it and and then clarify it by slagging off the previous 14 years!

Kamikaze hasnt a clue has he......... trouble wit IDing sex and problem recognising negativeity

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has denied talking the country down with his repeated warnings about the state of the public finances and the NHS.
Some business leaders and economists have accused the government of damaging confidence in the economy by presenting a gloomy picture.
The prime minister told the BBC he was making the "difficult decisions" needed to grow the economy and get public services "properly functioning" again.
Since winning power, Labour have warned of tough decisions, accusing the previous Conservative government of leaving a £22bn "black hole" of unfunded spending commitments

DO YOU KNOW in the bigger picture of monies that are generated and spent in a fiscal year £22bn [ actually only 13bn as projects have been cancelled OR are over longer term ] is like ..........

    £20,000,000,000 = to >>>>>>>>> 2 >>>>> 1
    2,700,000,000,000
    >>>>>>>>>> 270 >>> 135 thats 1/135 of every pound raised [ref GDP 2023]

Daily influx of boat illegals was just 20 yesterday total since July 4th now 11557 for 2024 is 25165 known!

Dozens of prisoners convicted of breaching restraining orders were mistakenly released from prison early, the Ministry of Justice has confirmed.
It said 37 offenders were wrongly let out in recent weeks under a government scheme designed to reduce overcrowding, indicating the error was down to their offence being logged incorrectly.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) said the majority had now been returned to prison and police are working "urgently" to locate the rest.
Former chief inspector of prisons Nick Hardwick said the incident would be "very distressing and frightening for the victims".

besides greedy need for freebies even their plans are not well thought out or implemented!
