I doubt all of them are dicks. They were the usual group that was hated on back in the day, along with people on benefits. Then society decided that being more openly racist was acceptable and it moved onto brown people.

 

There may be some truth about them mostly playing the violin or selling the Big Issue. If that were the case, I'd label it as pointless immigration.

Then again, maybe some of them do work and contribute in a meaningful way. I'd like to speak to one of their community leaders and dig down into the facts and numbers.
