Looking forward to my second league game. I've been following on Charlton Live podcasts and there seems to be a consensus that Campbell should replace Berry in midfield. We can't keep nicking 1-0's, something's bound to change, let's hope it's our attacking play that changes for the better. Mind you after last season's defensive horrors I love all these clean sheets. One more clean sheet on Saturday and we'll equal the total number for last season.
I’d say the opposite where TC is concerned - he brings very little to the party, and would have more impact off the bench. I’d like to see A.Campbell start v Blackpool. Coventry, Berry & Docherty are much of a muchness.
The four big boys of L1 - us , Wrexham, Birmingham & Huddersfield, have all got very winnable fixtures today. The attendance will be interesting this afternoon- I think we could struggle for 10,000, with more attractive fixtures on the horizon.
