I reckon it’ll be to say “that’s just who we are, mate” to the reporter.

Safe to say I’ve been more than critical of Spurs under Ange recently but even I think tonight will be a comfortable win.

I would have had Romero on the bench and Vicario and Moore starting but if Ange can’t get past Coventry then he’s in huge trouble.

    Have faith- 3-1 Spurs

This is how I feel about the fringe players too. Play them and then we will see how good or bad they really are. If Werner can’t look good against Coventry then **** knows why he’s at Spurs

RCL won’t be happy with the comfortable win prediction <laugh>
I really hope you are right. If we are toothless against Coventry then we really are ****ed this season

Just got that feeling it will be straight forward for once. Spurs need a morale booster and the manager needs to back up his talk of always winning trophies too so there’s no way the club will take this game light. And if Spurs take it seriously and still lose then we might as well give up

Sounds like Coventry have rested most of their first team players as well. So we can now have the potential indignity of losing to their reserves!

Worried by this selection smacks of Fulham last season, this is a must win game and I hope the youngsters step up and that Solanke scores, but this is a tricky tie and will be won by the odd goal or go all the way to penalties very glad that I am still away and can't watch.

As long as it doesn’t go to penalties. Couldn’t stand to see Forster glued to the middle of his goal occasionally falling over again.

If it goes to penalties I’m going to bed. I couldn’t put myself through it

Nah you have to think Ange has learnt after lad year. And he knows this is the most likely competition that Spurs could win. He’s just said he sees this line up as being enough to get the job done.

For me I see 3-1 with Solanke getting off the mark.

I would say the Europa is slightly easier for us to win...not so many very strong clubs in it.
