I'd go for a little rotation off the bat, i.e. Dragusin for Romero

Oh mate I’m gonna pray for your sanity when you see Werner in that starting lineup.

Playing a weakened line up and playing badly or worse, losing will cause Ange a huge problem.

Werner has done nothing to warrant a bench place let alone a start.

I'd argue that on current displays it is a like for like.

There’s a few changes I’d make both in terms of those needing minutes and those undeserving to start again, I’ll be livid if we make 10 changes like against Fulham though.

    Vicario
Spence, Dragusin, van de Ven, Udogie
    Bentancur, Gray, Bergvall
    Odobert, Solanke, Son

I’d like to think Moore will be on the bench but I doubt it. The idiocy in re-signing Werner has essentially cut the path this season for Moore.

I think that’s fairly close to what I’d go for. Spence needs a start and Udogie needs to play himself into some form. I think Sarr will start too. Maybe

    Vic
    Spence Dragusin VdV Udogie
    Sarr Gray Bergvall
    Odobert Solanke Son

Moore on the bench please with at least half an hour!

It might well be that midfield trio but I think it needs a senior head in there. An out of form 22 year old and two teenagers against Championship opposition who had an amazing cup run last year feels very risky.

I’d love for Moore to be there but I just have doubts. Even if he is, I think he’ll either stay on the bench or get something silly like 5 minutes.

There's a couple of experienced players that could assist...Ben and Fraser. Starting Dragusin and Davies at CB with Udogie and Spence outside would be a decent back 4.
Bergvall and Gray deserve serious minutes and the latter is probably more attuned to the opposition level. Odobert also needs a chance to start.
After that I guess Sarr and Solanke both need a chance to impress, with Son making the 11.
Like most others Mikey must be on the bench and be given serious minutes.

Forster should not be in goal IMHO. Think his last game was over a year ago away to Fulham in this Cup

Then why did we keep him in the squad if not to use him in this sort of game? (And yes, that's a rhetorical question!<laugh>)

Let's start with Brandon Austin not playing a professional game in three years

    I’d go:

    Vicario
    Spence Romero Dragusin Davies
    Gray Bergvall Maddison
    Johnson solanke odobert

Try and get solanke up and running even though it’s only been two games and I think the criticism aimed at him is harsh.

Great time to start gray who proved himself against championship sides and get bergvall a proper run out.

Archie Gray, Bergvall and Moore should start imo.

Vicario, Spence, Dragusin, Davies, Reguilon as the back five.

Solanke to start as he needs a goal asap and tomorrow is the ideal time to stat pad.

    Odobert on the right

Mikey Moore and Tyreese Hall weren't in the squad for tonight's match with Valencia, so they'll likely figure tomorrow
