    Yeah 2000ft ascent and 8000ft decent over 14 miles. Calves and quads crying for mercy. Knees okay thankfully !

    The hypocrisy of Tory supporters is hilarious. The whole ethos of racism, the billions in backhanders during COVID. Starmer gets some free clothes though and they are up in arms.
