Wow - what a performance (( at least after we went to 10 men. ))
It seems unfair to restrict choices to only 3 -- because everyone played brilliantly ( in the last 38 minutes ) ..... even Clarke.

Gbode looked 'up-for-it'.... I hope he keeps up this effort.
    Ehmer was almost outstanding.
Morris pulled off a stunning save a few moments before 2-0.
Lapslie seems transformed (mostly) after being transfer-listed.
Wakeling and Wylie were superb during their minutes........ so, my 3 choices are
    1. Little
    2. O'gie
    3. Ehmer........ although 2 & 3 could have been 'reversed'.

The performance was even better than after Ehmer got sent off ! (( in the previous game )).... am I being greedy and hoping that we could do it for 90 minutes ( without the anxiety of a player sent off ? )...well done every one of the squad

brb - you might think that I am being mean - not to include him in my top 3... but - Clarke was fairly poor up to the hour mark .... I will applaud him for being in the right place - to profit from some tremendous play by others - but - but - Clarke nearly messed up the 3rd goal.
I judge my choices based on the overall effect and outcome - that is why I mentioned Ehmer and O'gie.... Their contribution was the basis of a solid defence - during the time Tranmere was enjoying a lot of possession.
Today was a rare occassion when it might be fairer not to vote in this thread !

Seeing that clip makes me realise how influential Gbode was in the first goal. Not just running at Tranmere players but their inability to stop him. We are just starting to see the making of a decent side, just need to cut out these pointless red cards - I think both Ehmer's one and Coleman's were completely needless and in non threatening positions.

Gbode played really well - and, before being subbed was very much in line for Star player.... Wakeling and Wylie took over from Gbode - so it was nice to see Gulls not just defending after the send-off... We definitely cannot afford to have needless suspensions - Gills already have 8 first team players unavailable.
