This game is just about who scored first. They punished our slip, then parked the bus and defended well in numbers. We've had chances and not taken them. it's how it goes sometimes. As a leeds fan it feels a familiar story for the last 5 years or so.

Substitutions seemed to weaken us.

 

Pretty shocking that but only ourselves to blame. Gives me last season vibes. Can’t have the chances that Joseph, Gnoto & Struijk had in the first half and not score at least one of them.

 

all down to composure shooting finishing finishing. overall we were the better team they got their goal and played counter attacking football we had no ideas infront of goal Joseph scores that early goal we win that match.

I don’t actually think that the problem is Farke. It’s been our Achilles heel for a long time now, we need too many chances to actually score and the opposition don’t. This goes back even to the Bielsa days.

 

Of course it does. A blind man can see that but it’s easier to blame the manager and think someone else will arrive and suddenly this lot will become a quality side. Fantasy stuff
