The point once again is that it's arguable.

This is proven by the split in opinions but nufc fans such as yourself see whatever they want to see.

I can literally guarantee something similar will happen the other way around and I'll be waiting to strike.

The point is that it’s not even arguable. Whether or not part of it hits his shoulder the bulk is clearly below the armpit. Specsavers’s springs to mind.

 

It's definitely arguable.... one picture is not enough to determine the point of contact.

Angles play a huge part either way.. like arsenals famous was over the line tears last season.... they couldn't tell... from different angles you see a different story.

 

I get where you're coming from in principle.

From a certain point of view, some people could be drawn into thinking there is a chance you might be a bit of a c*** at times.

Whereas from another angle, there would be no doubt at all that you're definitely a c***.

As you say, it's all about perspective.

 

The goal should have stood basically because Dan Burn was defending it so bad anyways.

 

It should have stood because it wasn't clear and obvious... same reason Newcastle got the goal va arsenal.

There's no doubt Newcastle got lucky.

Although imo Joelinton having his shirt pulled was perhaps a foul that prevented him heading it clear.

It's an interesting game.. two similar clubs in stature and have been in the Premier League a little while doing reasonably well.

50/50 feeling about it given wolves are at home.

 

Arsenals was due to the doubt over the curvature of the ball. This is down to point of contact and different angles won’t alter that

 

VAR obviously thought it was clear and obvious although VAR getting something right doesn’t always happen so we were lucky in that respect.

VAR has been highly criticised for it.

The end of the day the people saying they know it hit the arm are just guessing and it suits them.

Football fans tend to want it both ways over the course of season and this will be no different.
