Hope it's still warm enough over there for the fridge to be buzzing at least.

    Enjoy your time

The improvement in the second half often happens when a team is in front and in control, and they were throughout.

It's not the defeat, it's the manner of it.

Last 3 goals we've conceded from our own bloody corner. Lose possession simple pass.
It's unforgivable in professional sport, let alone the 6th most competitive league in Europe.

That interview could prove to be massive own goal after he literally emptied the stadium.

Especially if it's backed up with similar "Scheiße".

True, but I thought Drameh and Millar showed a clear upgrade on that left. I really hope they both start there together next game.

The corners/set pieces really do need work. As well as stopping teams score so easily on the counter.

You've hit the nail on the head though. We named the same back 5 then expected an improvement that didn't come. That's on no one but the manager.

But hey let's burn another 5 games before we make the call. :)

What's a 6's job and how were we cut open multiple times?

Might have looked OK on the ball at times, but it's not OK if he doesn't do what he's there to ****ing do.

Because he got the team to pass sideways at the back constantly

    Hughes is in hospital. Appendicitis.

I'm not sure we could have gone with much else - except Drameh for Giles from the start.

What did we do last night if not pass it side to side?

I like Tim but just listened to his interview, I’m not sure what game he watched.
If we sack him now or in 4-5 games, I’m not sure who we get in.
Who we want isn’t as realistic as who wants to come, plus our turnover of managers will reduce the pool of potential options.
It’ll be a choice of ted lasso or Mike basset

It was an abject display - confusion about what each player was doing and how they were using the ball together as unit. Rosenior's style might not have been to your taste, but rarely did professional players look so clueless, especially against (2) historic local rivals. Total embarrassment and JimtheTiger would have had this team playing better at this stage, with his training skills.

A huge step backwards over 12 months. Sure, most of the team would have been leaving at the end of last season, but the continuity and development wouldn't have been destroyed as is evident now. Basics have gone out the window and 0-2 was a lucky result... Could have easily been 5.

It's premature, but I'd hazard a guess that the manager doesn't fully understand the championship yet and the relentless pressing nature and physicality. Never so bitter as when see City performing so gutless and guileless against Sheffield united. Acun has made an absolute clanger of a decision.

It’s absolutely a manager mistake. I think it’s one he will learn from and would hope and expect he’ll make changes next time.

Maybe hiring Walter wasn’t the right decision but this revisionism that Rosenior made us rock-solid in defence is just bollocks.
