No recognised midfielder is unforgivably ****, I’m sick of the gesticulation when he’s in charge of the outfit too. Play two sturdy midfielders who will keep the ball I can’t be arsed with this useless system.

Giles can piss off too bloke isn’t arsed at all the prick.

We won't play like that for a month. We'll gradually get better as each week passes now as new players settle in, get up to speed, become available, get to know each other and what Walter expects of them, etc etc. And we've just played Leeds and Sheffield U. It was always going to take time. Can't believe the fanny comments on here tonight. Bit of realism needed.

We are way too open in transition. We did move the ball quicker in the second half. Coyle was sharp, Omur looked very good in moments but still lacked that final ball.

Belloumi looked like a less effective Lokilo.

Bedwetters! Yeah that was pretty **** but **** me sacking him before he’s even had time to build a coherent team isn’t going to fix anything.

We're sorely lacking in the simplistic art of basic football. You just can't all pour forward and leave a 1 v 3 situation when you lose the ball,I've never seen anything so reckless and stupid in 55 years of watching Hull City.

I think he'll give Tim Walter some more time but if it continues like this he'll have no option but to bag him.He brought him in and ultimately he deals with it or runs the risk of fans deserting in their droves..

Poor night to be a City fan.

The hope is that a lot of our players are just through the door. We played a parachute team who have brought in some excellent Championship players.

They scored through 2 of our corners. We gave away opportunities through naive defending. We were much better second half.

We werent much better 2nd half
They jus stood off and enabled us to pass the ball aimlessly and we crossed it 42 times
When they have two giant centrebacks

    Its woeful

I'd be inclined to agree, but my worry is that the basics of this system haven't been grasped. The same mistakes made in pre season are being made now. Okay, one could argue that some of the players weren't there for the early days of pre season. The back five, where the problems were tonight, absolutely were here in pre season and the new lads have had two weeks of training to get up to speed.

I don't think it's reaching into the realms of over-expectation to see our defenders comfortable in this system.

We had to wait for Rosie's system to settle, but he also had longer at the club and we didn't play as poorly as this.

For me, he's got to get a win either next week or the week after, or he'll be gone. I don't wish that, but that's almost certainly the reality of an owner who has invested and is ambitious.

Mehlem should have scored. They offered very little apart from a few counter attacks second half. You can say they stood off, but if I was a Sheffield United fan, I would be frustrated that they didn’t control the ball at all in the second half.

Look at that second goal, every single one of our players in or around their box <laugh>

I have no words. Even Shota and Slutsky’s kamikaze defences looked well drilled in comparison.

It was our corner. I’d expect most of our players in or around their box. I would, however, expect we had sufficient cover for any counter attack.
