Metrobank Superb service since opening a few years ago, lose a card? no problem they print one there and then, open on weekend and weekdays til 8pm. Well they stopped all that about a month ago when I lost any cars and went to get a new one. 7 days later no card. Went In Again ordered another Waiting 7 days no card again. 4 cards I've ordered and nothing. So I'm now in the branch trying to take out the 11k I have in there and these motherfuckers saying I can't take out more than 5k. Bout to **** some **** up

weirdly i had one last week from Direct Liner to say they had miscalculated my insurance last year and have refunded me the overcharged amount plus interest which cam to just over £50 .
I guessed you might be on about a debit card, but thought I'd say. Some banks require 24 hours notice for amounts over £5k.
