I know, mate. Gone but never forgotten. One of those bands who will be remembered more and more fondly as the years pass, I reckon. Unashamedly what they were, stayed in their lane and never made any concessions. The tunes will stand the test of time. Legendary band.

 

A slower, and acoustic, Motörhead one, Whorehouse Blues. The drummer plays the second acoustic guitar on this one.
They often played this live, would bring the crowd right down, before they launched into Ace Of Spades.

As I am looking forward to Sunday at the Boiler Shop here are The Dead Daisies with some good old rock

 

Me Dad had a few of their records and really liked their stuff. Definitely a band I want to listen to more of their stuff, I never payed that much attention to them in his collection but they sound class.
