It's be a fine or expulsion. A point deduction in one season related to charges across 5? Seasons and then multiple charges of non cooperation? It's makes no sense to me. Thry should be crippled by the fine or be unable to buy a player for a long time or expelled. The punishment should match the length of the seasons they cheated in. Imagine giving those cheats a 10npoint fine and thry go and win the title by 12 points. 10 wouldn't even put them close to missing cl football for even 1 year. It's very very likely they win the title this year again and have been dressing this up for 2 or 3 seasons now as ultra low net spend and look at us developing players etc.
No fine can hurt them - only Draconian measures will bite, and I see little chance of that happening.

Possibly. Arsenal threw away the 22/23 title by not having the mental strength when they needed it for the run in. The 23/24 title was a three horse race until the last few games but you know that city aren't going to lose those last games. One FA Cup in 5 years is a poor return.

Arsenal also been helped by falling out the domestic cups early and having nice injury free seasons last couple of years. Less games and a settled squad has helped. If they can continue that after getting some injuries and going deep into 1 or both domestic cups and Europe then it’ll be an achievement. Until then they’re just a failed Leciester in my eyes.

Their fa cup record is fairly pathetic since the won it and they don't seem to care at all about the league cup. Once thry only take 2 seriously then you have to be better than city and or real. And they are not and still are not. The sad truth is the one solitary year city lost the league they were not even in it as we had it won by Christmas. When arsenal went on a very similar run (not quite as good) city were still there hanging on until they played and beat arsenal and from thst moment arsenal imploded. We won it when they had 3 cbs and laporte got injured. Doesn't change the fact we got 99 points and could easily have done 100 if we had no covid break. But they were gone
