On fire this season, some great goals .
Because imo Bennette is going down the same road as far as I am concerned, you disagreed fair enough.
PS so do I. Wearne is doing well at MKD this season for instance.

I don't actually rate Jewi as a winger - not saying he will be a fullback either just don't see him being a championship winger

Jewi is in a weird spot, he is an orthodox "old school" left winger, down the outside and whip in a cross, those are becoming extinct in elite football, he has to add things to his game to succeed, there are plentiful attacking minded fullbacks, we had a decent one called Van Aanholt a good few years ago, these kinds of new experiences could be the making of the player.

    Gerrin we just scored!

I understand why they moved it to the SoL but it doesn’t half make it a weird atmosphere to watch on stream.

Middlemas must be dual-registered if he's playing for Shields and us, didn't know that was possible.

I've banged on about this all summer (to the point I've bored myself) but the only relative failure of the window for me was the failure to get more loans for our players and to get more out the door. This is the consequence of that, minutes need to be spread more thinly and it will impact on players' development, for the next four months at least (it's by no means terminal, I know) in the 21s and other age groups (Trey needing to play for the 18s etc).

It's right that Rusyn and Bennette play, as will Ba, Aouchiche, Abdullahi etc at points in this season, but it's not right/great that the squad finds itself in this situation.

Guess they didn't fancy shelling out the £5000 or so to have Danny, Frankie, the technical/sound assistant and a runner present to make that happen.

Luke O’Nien would 100% have done it for free. And done his own running as well.

Keeper palmed it into their attackers path, could have done better.
