    That's no fun.

You have to follow the international break trope which is all players return injured

    Well macca didn't.

He went frim the copa final on 14th July to the USA training camp and was pictured in training on the 3rd August.

He joined the squad the same day Szoboslazi did. Szobo went out at the group stage of the euros on the 27th June.

    Macca is a workaholic.

It'll be interesting to see if Slot uses him. Maybe if Macca is out he might take that role.

So we go out of our way to mind trent and try to get him up to speed after England treated him shabbily in the summer and here we are seeing trent now playing 2 90s in a row for England against trash sides when they have subbed off quite a few others already.

    Absolutely typical.

Rice at least has a rest coming due to suspension but trent will be snagged out

Why did they bother to take liveramento along if tjry arr not bothered to develop the option in these **** games so thry get ready for tjr next world cup.

They will win this group with their eyes shut. The two objectives is to win the group and develop for next world cup.

Colwil, konsa amdmlwwis is a start.

    REFEREE IS MICHAEL OLIVER.

The Premier League have announced the match officials for this Saturday.

Michael Oliver has been named as the on-field referee.

He will be assisted by Stuart Burn and Dan Robathan.

Anthony Backhouse has been assigned the duties of the fourth official.

Meanwhile, Graham Scott has the unenviable task of VAR duties on the day – he will be assisted by Craig Taylor.

Michael Oliver has overseen 62 Liverpool games in his career, with the Reds winning 30, drawing 19, and losing 13.

    So

Who's back injured and who is back fatigued.

Gravenberch played the Dutch games, suddenly vital for them eh?

    Vvd played the Dutch games

    Robbo played 2

Trent played 2 for his first 90mins of the seasons twice. ****s

Macca was subbed on for 30mins v Colombia for over thr two games he's got an injury plus about 100mins

Konate sat on a bench twice

Szobo played both games for Hungary

    Diaz played two

Jota actually got a gsme for Portugal before being subbed for Ronaldo.

And then there's salah. Played 90 and 75mins in easier games too.

So they've all been worked over bar konate.

Subs? Quansah played u21. Bradley played both games, tsimikas played both games. Gomez obvious no. Nunez had a rest, gakpo did not.

Jones will have to find his feet fairly quick by the look of it. We are already starting to look a bit light for this new system

Other than Quansah, Slot hasn't really changed his starting XI much so far this season has he? I wonder if (and when) we will start to see more rotation.

Early indications suggest Slot likes to stick with a preferred starting XI... But too early days to really tell still.
