Allan Crago (MrRAWhite) R.I.P.

Met him just the once but an instantly likeable and good fella.

 

His daughter posted this on Facebook this morning, as a heavenly 'Happy birthday' message

It's Al, one of his 2 sons, his wife & his daughter

 

Happy birthday. I'll raise a wee dram to you tonight.

 

I didn't know Allan, I never met him. But I always felt an affinity because our politics were very similar.
My thoughts are with his family and friends who must be missing such a great character.
Have a guddun Allan wherever you are

 

Like many others I never met MrRAWhite but the thread created for him has given me many many laughs since I joined this forum. RIP sir.

 

He was genuinely witty and sharp but also loved a corny joke, the cornier the better.

We were in the Victory one pre-match and he said 'What was Hitler's favourite Mud record?'

'No idea Al'

'It was Tiger Feet'.

'WTF?'

Das Reich, Das Reich, Das Reich, Das Reich .....

He will always be sadly missed as a mate and fellow poster to this forum.

Unfortunately we have very few posters like Allan now and this forum has gone to shyte.

Rip Allan you are sadly lost by many xxx

 

There's a lot of decent posters Tees, not really the right thread for arguments mate.

Al posted for years and I can't remember him ever falling out with anyone ...

... if I had to be anyone but me it would be Allan.

 

Maybe not the thread for this Tees mate.
