They have got some sort of conclusion of an investigation looming... Sure I heard it was before the end of the year, but that was a while since. That was before all the property sales etc too... probably rumble on forever.

 

I suspect that somehow they are not in breach of regulations as they don’t seem to be worried. The only reason I can think of is that when Abromovich wrote off the club debt it would be taken up as profit and they are still living off that.

 

That would have been understood and recognised in the accounts by now, surely.
