I watched this game. Luton were as bad as Watford were under him. Lacking imagination and cohesion going forward, out of position and organisation at the back. No midfield dominance anywhere. I think he is in trouble and won't see the season out, but Matej thinks they'll stick with, as long as he doesn't seriously skirt the relegation area.

For half an hour he allowed strong tackles to go in without any free kicks, then after half an hour he started giving them if you went near an opponent. I find his performance strange, so I doubt that the players are sure what he will do next.
