Everton's major problems started when their fans started on Rafa before he'd even joined. It's spiralled ever since then and they've gone from one disaster to the next.

I don't hate either and I've always made this clear... I said this about Bruce but I credit when it's due but I'm highly critical when I get the opportunity. I've noticed some just go after people no matter what or spend their time too far up a person's arse that they only see light though their mouths.
They both did exactly the same pretty much for two seasons? Bruce burned the club down in the end but the fans refused to credit him finishing 12th and 13th.
There’s a difference between being in those positions for 75% of a season, and being bottom of the league for 75% of the season.
