If you can be bothered, it’s quite easy to make your own oat milk and nut milk (not that sort of nut milk fosse lol). Just soak them overnight and then mash them up and strain through a sieve

If you’re making almond milk etc, it’s best to take the skins off when they are soaked as it makes mashing and sieving it easier.

That said, they aren’t that expensive to buy in a carton I suppose

I can't be bothered mate, because as you said it's not that expensive. It's also got an excellent shelf like, so I can stock up when on offer.

Can't remember if I wrote in here before about the new pricing of Now TV...

Anyway, what was their attempt at a 12 month contract is now reduced to a 6 month contract (I know it never use to be contractual), so I'm back in on that for £26 a month (instead of £34.99 if no contract) . For me that's a big saving to watch the Gills on this new sky+. To give you some idea, to watch it on Ifollow I was paying £10 a game and I've watched them about 4 times on the telly since the season began, so that's saved me £40.

Just back from here. Beautiful little cove with amazing turquoise sea. Missus went diving and I just bimbled around in the kayak.

Lovely September day and good to make the most of it

    Still on the Flahavans <ok>
Chia and flax for me too, add a teaspoon of local honey, keeps the hay fever at bay, started back on the porridge yesterday morning.

The news is particularly miserable today with lots of death. Crazy days. Just need to look at what's good in your own life and have some kind of faith that the people you love can get through this journey and look to the good things in life other than focusing on the carnage.

We seem to spread ourselves thin worrying about the bad things going on in places far away, personally I think we need to look inwards and deal with what's close while being aware of the world and helping where and when we can but not obsessing with it.
