The Police actually advise this for groups of cyclists, because if you take 4 cyclists riding single file, it takes a car twice the distance to overtake than if they were riding side by side.

I've been having oat milk for quite a while now in my coffee, just choice rather than any other particular reason. Anyway, was in the supermarket the other day and just randomly picked up a litre of cows milk for a change - lol why did I bother, yuk, gone straight back to oat milk, although I hasten to add, I also gave up sugar, can't remember how long ago now. I think that was the difference, the oat milk is compensating in taste for the lack of sugar, even though it contains no added sugar, but it states in the ingredients it has naturally occuring sugars...but it surely has to be healthier than putting two teaspoons of pure sugar in your drink everytime.

Offered to all men in the year they turn 65 (next month for me) ... done by ultrasound - picks up early signs of aneurysm forming and any already there hopefully in time to avoid bursting (which likely kills you) - apparently halves the risk of dying from an AAA - so well worth having the screening - if no sign of AAA in 65th year you are good for life - they tell you the result there and then - normal abdominal aorta diameter is anything under 3 cm (mine was 1.7cm) - anything 3cm and above and 'Houston we have a problem'...

Yeah, be careful with oat milk, some are better than others, I tried a variety before deciding which one to stick with. Some are shhite and just watery, ideal to go for the barista ones, but they will be more expensive, but no more than £2.10 at tops for a litre (probably dearer in London), often you can find at least one on offer for £1.50 a litre.

I use Califia Barista chilled. Always have good dates on them, which is an advantage on cows milk. If they don't have Califia, I will get Moma. But it really is down to individual taste, so as I said try various ones.

Just bear in mind I only use any kind of milk for coffee, so I don't have it in cereal (which I don't eat) - I would have it in breakfast oats though, normally watered down because it can be too thick otherwise.

Love Porridge - fresh or dried fruit in it and a generous spoon of manuka honey - nature's life insurance <ok>

I don't tend to have oats in the summer, but come late Autumn into winter I will have Flahavans organic oats. I will add chia & flax seeds with raisins/sultanas' whatever I have avaialble. I don't buy honey because I know I wouldn't eat it in moderation lol

Had overnight organic oats (Tesco) with chia seeds this very morning.

Soaked in skimmed milk, dollop of greek yogurt, half a handful of blueberries and a chopped banana.

    Great food.

Used to use unsweetened almond milk but never tried oat milk, might give it a go.
