Yeah a lot of our decisions around the box have been iffy. I wonder how much is they've been told to pass a certain way or how much is just less than decision making.
Passing it to deaaaath waiting for a Manc to run put of position. Shame the application when we actually go then is absolutely ****. Poor touches or getting ball nicked or players on heels so far.
never heard of that. As far as I’m aware offside has always been 2 players closer to the goal than yourself unless you’re behind the ball when it’s played.
Ref letcuring vvd who is just stood there not touching onana amd then we as per make a walk touch and mess up a short corner which should be a set play move we worked on. The passing in offensive positions has been absolutely woeful. Gravenehrch just now. Szobo.just before. Dominating the ball fairly.easy but just not on the level of football needed to actually score one Need a better pass
I'll have to check the official rules after the game to see if they've changed.... But I asked ChatGPT and it agreed with me. In football (soccer), once you've dribbled past the last defender, you can pass the ball to a teammate without it being considered offside. Offside occurs when a player receives the ball from a teammate while they are closer to the opponent's goal line than both the ball and the second-last opponent, at the moment the ball is played to them. Once you've successfully passed the last defender, you are free to pass the ball to a teammate without the risk of being offside.
2! Looking a little safer now. Not completely out of the woods, Uniteds long ball has been dangerous at times, but this looks good now.
