This squad of players is truly amazing.

Mundle, Mayenda, Rigg and Jobe. All teenagers and all playing so well, bossing some very good championship players with vastly more experience.

They have no fear and are bursting with confidence. Incredible to see.

Yes its early days but I been waiting months, after all the moaning on about how long we went without a head coach.
This is why waiting for the right one was so important.
This is why it was right to write last season off after Beale.
This is why we signed Mayenda even though many said he was **** and not ready for the championship.
This is why we signed Mundle to replace Clarke and waited till he was ready before we sold him.
    This is getting recruitment right.
This is why rebuilding the club slowly and properly with get the right results in time.
Unfortunately we have many fans that want instant success.
I said at the end of last season it could actually end up being a success in what happens at the club for this season.
Sometimes you have to fail before you can succeed.
We signed 2 strikers in this transfer window, they will have their work cut out taking Mayendas shirt off him.
Is it just me or do we look so comfortable when we are in the lead.

He speaks so well, I honestly think we have a gem with him. He's taking on the great work Mowbray did with our forward play to the next level

    Well done.

Thought we competed quite well first half until the absolute comedy own goal!

Second half you were ruthless on the break and exposed out patchwork backline well.

Thought it might be a heavy one when the 3rd went in.

You'll be there or thereabouts end of season.

    Not sure about us.

We fight hard but lack quality and have too many injured.

    On to the next...

Love how levelheaded he is. Giving praise where it’s due but not getting carried away, and planning where the team can improve.

Just on the train back to London for the flight back to Edinburgh.

Sat next to Simon Moore, who was on the bench today, what a great lad.

He says SAFC is a cracking club, couldn't praise it enough.

    Made my day.

I liked what he had to say, but being picky, the interviewer wasn’t great. Spoke far too fast and had a habit of repeating the same word two or three times in a row. Beats me how Reg understood him. Same for the AB interview.

cheers for that fella, to be honest we are still wondering wtf has happened... ended last season with a couple of bad coach appointments, a rapid slide down the table, months to get a new name and he had to get used to the squad, they had to get used to him and they had to learn his system, yet it worked and in 4 games we still have not had a shot in anger on our goal, patterson now brings a deck chair onto the pitch now.

anyway, glad you are out of that league, you will have enough to be safe and probably more ;)
