PS Rufflad. Looks like you may be parting with that 'cyber-pint' after all. Wonder if Basle have a win up their sleeves?
Don't think that Berbatov agrees with that. Top scorer last season, not even on the bench against Wolves???? What's the ****'s that all about??
Very good question. Should have played or been sub against Newcastle last weekend, he might have finished one of our chances.
Berbs may look slothful, but his movement is great off the ball and often seems to have more time than he should have. While its not like MU have had problems scoring this season, I can't see why he shouldn't, at the very least, make the bench for every game.
That's a fair point. Tho' I meant his loyalty to his youth and long serving players. Gibson and Evans have been at the club for seven or eight years now, whilst Berbs has only been there for three. Berbatov also only seems to score when Rooney isn't scoring - the two of them don't seem to work all that well together which could be why Berbs is frozen out atm.
Following your exit from the CC last night, what are your views on the away match at Basle in the ECL? The way you've been playing, perhaps an exit from that would allow you to concentrate on the PL allowing you to make sure you get top 4?
It's very quiet on here today. Any particular reason? Are the wheels starting to come off? It was at OT last night after all. 2 points dropped against toon, 2 points dropped against us (should have been 3), poor display in the last CL match at OT. What's going wrong?
"I don't know where to start to be honest," said Ferguson. "My apologies are to the fans because that was not a Manchester United performance. "I don't want to take anything away from Crystal Palace," he added. "I am just very disappointed." Ferguson continued: "I wish them every success and hope they get to the final because it was a fantastic, mammoth effort from them tonight." SAF being gracious in defeat, something he often is despite the claims of ABU's.
