Chat GPT inspired chant based on The Ramones' "Blitzkrieg Bop": (Chorus) A-O! Let’s Go! (x3) AO’s gonna score a goal! (Verse 1) He’s on the ball, he’s moving fast, Defenders know they won’t get past, He’s got the speed, he’s got the fire, AO’s the one they all admire! (Chorus) A-O! Let’s Go! (x3) AO’s gonna score a goal! (Verse 2) He’s in the box, he’s set to strike, The crowd’s all roaring, we’re psyched! (Chorus) A-O! Let’s Go! (x3) AO’s gonna score a goal!
Late hello everyone my internet has been down. So I'm totally not up to date on the new signings and only really know the spurs lad has potential. With last seasons run in being pathetic and rutter and summerville being found out here's hoping for better players.
Last 6 and a half hours. Tbh who we get now is anyones guess. We're now heading in to the most unpredictable part of the day when clubs start getting desperate and looking at different options.
Schmidt in and that is the last one. Very underwhelming, dont know about Marthe doing contracts in his sleep but this window he's had a nightmare. They were obviously going to try and bamboozle us with we did all we could to get Hamer but the Sheff Utd leak as all but put that to bed. They've shortened our chances of promotion for the sake of £3m.
Think the foreign ones now are now fast becoming a closed case, unless they on their way. Under 6 hrs to go anymore for anymore!
So looks like all the 15 to 20m bids were a figment of the twitteratis imagination. Big surprise. Brought in what, 140m spent 20 ish. Bates would have been proud
If Schmidt is the last one then the squad has decent fluidity with the following positions covered by multiple players. Forgive me if I miss anybody. GK Meslier Darlow Cairns RB Bogle Schmidt Byram LB Firpo Wober Byram Schmidt CB Rodon Struijk Wober Ampadu Debayo DM Ampadu Gruev Rothwell Tanaka Crew Schmidt Aaronson Wingers Gnonto Solomon James Ramazani Aaronson Schmidt Gelhardt CAM Aaronson Gnonto Gelhardt Ramazani Rothwell Tanaka Schmidt ST Joseph Piroe Bamford Gnonto Ramazani Gelhardt Have I missed anybody? I think we need a centre back and a quality 10 if anything.
Evening all Just got in and playing catch up, disappointed we’ve only got one through the door, possibly the LB too, both the most under whelming of all the links. On the other hand, possibly 4 players stronger than this time last week. We can’t claim we’ve replaced Rutter though
although we have plenty who could cover it, that specialist 10 like hamer will be the disappointment of this window for me. If DF really prefers Amps as a dm then agree we look light at CH. A decent keeper would be a bonus. Hey there’s always January
I think Farke probably hit on a solution to Rutter against Wednesday with Aaronson playing in front of Amps and Gruev but with Gnonto drifting central allowing Firpo to become the left 'winger'. Essentially giving Gnonto a free role. For a more defensive shape he would play Tanaka instead of Aaronson in the same formation. Just my thoughts..
As stated in a previous post, I think he will use Gnonto in that "free role" with Aaronson or Tanaka sort of anchoring the 10 role if you catch my drift. He might even move Gnonto back central permanently and that's why he has bought more wide players in Solomon and Ramazani. I think alot of fans see Gnonto as a winger because that's where he plays for Leeds but he is most productive playing as a second striker. That's his strongest position. Gnonto could be a massive player for us this season.

agree entirely… loved watching Gnonto against the wendies. Watched a cameo of hamer midweek when the blunts were chasing the game against Barnsley. He was at times practically their last man - collecting the ball in the centre half position and starting attacks from their.
One man who could have potentially been the final piece of the offensive jigsaw is Dinamo Zagreb playmaker Martin Baturina. The Whites have made an offer worth £25 million for the attacking midfielder, which was accepted by the Croatian club, but it appears the 21-year-old has turned down the chance to complete a switch to the Championship. The Croatia international looks to have opted to continue his development in Zagreb for the foreseeable future, as he attempts to build on the five goals and five assists he produced last season in the Hrvatska National League. Attention may now have to turn to alternatives for Farke and the West Yorkshire outfit's hierarchy.
Don’t believe this for a minute. If we won’t go to £18 million for Hamer no ****ing way we’ve bid £25 million for anyone.
