    Honestly though, McClaren has to take the job, as long as he promises to keep this accent up;

    Can you imagine the Sunderland version!?

    So Steve, how did you think your first derby game went?

    "Wey wuz arlreet like, y'knaar, wuz could've conceyded abewt twenny or thirrtey but kept the scoarline down to 5-0."

    Has this concerned you at all, do you see yourselves regaining any form soon?

    "Wey, a divvun knar hew, weh played canneyyy reellee, aparrt from where wuz kept farlin oaveh and scoarin owan goals like. A think if weh stay on weh feyt and stop gettin sent off weh could press on an maybe try and scoar a goal or two and then not conceyde fiiive"

    Thank you Steve.

    <laugh> Would probably happen. Apparently, he also adopted a german accent when he was with Wolfsburg.

    <laugh> Thats where arsenal go wrong. We should send deep cover agents in to manage spurs when 'Arry takes the England job. Or just give Wenger to spurs, that'll get them relegated.

    I have pretty intense hatred for Souness. So I would want to see him get the job.

    David O'Leary, he could actually bankrupt them, it worked at Leeds.

    I think it will be one of Phil Brown, Strachan, Southgate, BrollyWolly, Sven. Mark Hughes thinks hes too big for Sunderland and MON wants lots of money to play with. Hughes might head back to Wales i think, he enjoys being on tv and talking about man city too much to take a fulltime job.

    At this point I don't think anyone can do a decent job at Sunderland, they are relegation candidates, only to be outdone by teams worse than them, Blackburn and Wigan. I really think Wolves will beat Sunderland, they cannot buy a goal right now. Bendtner is a joke and there are no other strikers to mention. I don't see where Sunderland will get a striker in january either who guarantees goals. They might have to sign Carlton Cole or Jermaine Defoe for lots of money, but I doubt the latter will want to move there.

    Sunderland has no spine, no fight in them. I really rather would bank on Blackburn to get themselves out of it, at least they have Samba Yakubu, Dunn and Pedersen, Olson and Hoillett. Tere's some quality in their squad but their manager is clueless. Wolves will probably fight through on pure grit, Wigan look out of sorts and i think they already feel like they're going down. Bolton's defence is all out of sorts, but maybe Cahill leaving will actually help them.

    While I will miss the derbies and banter, it'll be good for the mackems to go back to where they belong. Their stench and delusion of grandeur has poluted the air of the premier league for too long now.

    Damn, feels good kicking them while they're down.

    My sources inside The Stadium of Light tell me they've appointed a caretaker manager until they get their man.
