With you 100%. Llambias is a snake in the grass, the lowest of the low. People forget what him and ashley have done at the club. I know who I'd rather have here, him or Barton. Short memories some folk.....

Still amazes me how a thug like Barton manages to generate so much hero worship. The fact that there are people looking up to him as a role model shows how screwed up our society is.

He probably was forced out, but if I spouted my mouth off about my boss for the world to see then I'm sure he would walk me out the door as well. Like I said, I agree with Joey about the club, but to be honest, I don't really care what Joey Barton thinks.

You'd want a person who has put us on a great financial track (even if it was for his own personal back pocket, which has yet to be seen) or a person who got paid a sickening amount of money for 2 seasons of good play.

Now I am not the biggest fan of Ashley but credit where its due, he's not done too bad RECENTLY. LLambiais on the other hand is an absolute bellend...much like Barton.

This to be honest. People forget the bad things just because he had one good season and is supposedly some sort of quasi-intellectual omniscient being.

we all know what they have done to the club i hate people who lump everyone in the same box just cos they don't praise poor joey for having a go at the board like i've said numerous times now he's an attention whore who when the rest of the football world showed respect and dignity that ****er spewed crap even making a controversial statement about speeds death so tbh i don't give a **** how right he is he needs to just shut the **** up already.

I'd love somebody to point out to me the ways in which Barton has actually spoken out to help the fans of the club?

All I've heard him do is bitch about the owners when he couldn't get the new contract he wanted and following his departure various other whinges about financial matters concerning himself. All of which started after he started encountering contract negotiation problems and not before.

Now if he'd come out and said that it would be great for the NUFC fans if all the players took a paycut because even fringe players earn more in a week than the average hard working man/woman earns in a year and this saving could be given as a reduced charge on season tickets etc ... then i'd say he was actually saying something in the interests of the fans on not himself. Have I missed something like that?

I'll credit him with one thing though, he is brilliant at playing the media and the fans for sympathy and it still seems to be getting some results.

In defence of Barton, Enrique, Keegan, Hughton and all other people who know ashley and llambias for what they are. Pure twats. One day, people might say, "Mmmmm, perhaps they were right".

So because we don't drop at his feet and praise him we're all ashley and lamearse lovers dear god i think you're missing the point.
Nowt like endearing yourself to your new teams fans by bumping on and on about your old club.if anything he ****ing bores the **** out of me truth or not.

Everyone knows they're twats, they have the decorum and class and Del Boy and Rodney. But Bartom is a lying arsehole with a massively inflated who. He even says in his outburst he's better than normal people. He just wants to feel like people don't blame him for taking the money at QPR.

I understand why Enrique left, and even why he felt aggrieved by the board, but it seems that was due to their strategy of limited investment and the buy to sell policy, particularly when faced by the option of going to money bags Liverpool. It's the same reason Downing left Villa, Jones left Blackburn and Arteta left Everton. It happens all the time, and I don't think Joses situation was handled badly.

Conversely Hughton's sacking may have proven to be a good idea, but it could not have been handled in a worse way, he deserved so much more. Keegans situation was a disaster from the start, handled terribly, all the way. And that includes misjudging the fans so badly that he appointed him in the first place.

the story i was told was toon players were offered a bonus for doing well over a season but the big earner's ie barton . Nolan . Told the rest of the players not to accept as they were worth more . Now what ever they were offered might not be a lot of money to those 2 but they lost the younger lads a lot of money by trying to get one over ashley . The blokes a tit full stop . Wanting paid when banged up f@@k sake man bloke was lucky to play for up again . . Come on barton you've moved away just leave it eh you greedy twat

Baffled by some of you! Joey sticks up for what he believes in, and he obviously has a lot of care for this club otherwise he would just leave it! They've obviously been that bad that he has to speak his mind, and good on him for doing so.

I hope he does show Llambias for what he is, an evil little hitler!

Oh good, £22 each. How generous. That'll get them a pair of Newcastle shorts. Or a pair of knock off football boots. Or 22 Sports Direct Mugs. Or a train ticket to York.
