Minteh? Guimaraes, Isak and Botman all very good to excellent imports for, it turns out, reasonable fees. Why we seem to have switched to over-weighing the importance of PL experience is baffling. Where would we be at the moment without those foreign purchases?

You keep mentioning that £400m,Ashley ****ed the club over with ludicrous contracts,teams don't want the dross we're stuck with, they'll take them but they ain't paying £50/60 grand a week and throw on the PSR etc hamstrung till money comes in but maybe City might shake that up. Ps forgot to mention the players we bought ie Bruno, Isak, Gordon, Tonali,Pope, Burn, Trippier, Heffernan, Murphy
