Just imagine if we bought Clarke back from Ipswich if they came down and we went up.

I thought Jobe was bossing the midfield... has an style of a Patrick Viera...maybe not as good...but he's getting there

 

Dan Neil, silly again. Needs to learn to keep his mouth shut, as capt needs to lead by example. Happened last year against Boro. He was playing well up until then.

Chris Rigg is special - can’t believe he was dragged off though (unless he had a knock) and Jobe played 90 minutes.

 

I said, during the Sheff Wed game, that it was a mistake to make him captain ...

... it just doesn't suit him at all imo.

I honestly though RLB was taking him off for his own good after that tackle, didn't see the ref

 

He is class like.

Love how he isn't happy we didn't score a second when were dominant. He will have them going for a kill no sitting back under Regis!

 

Jobe was miles clear of Rigg today mate come on. Rigg was decent but Jobe was sublime.

 

Jobe was class, there was nothing to moan about today

 

what a great win fully deserved best team by far now that the standard we need to keep hopefully a few more signings this week and have a real go for promotion

 

Jobe was brilliant again today. Rigg for Browne was the perfect substitution to manage the game out.

I expect next week Browne will play in the Neil role and Rigg and Jobe continue where they left of.

 

I remember one of the threads on here towards the end of last season where some had completely written Roberts off and wanted shot, if memory serves me and you, amongst a few others were the voices fighting for Paddy. It's early doors obviously but I'm really glad the club decided to keep him around because on his day there are few better at this level.

 

I thought he was superb personally. His touch in the build up to our opener (I think) was truly sensational. Not knocking Jobe either - he’s improved so much.

 

Ok so it’s cringeworthy but here goes. In RLB we have a Frenchman who knows his onions.

Atmosphere was canny in the North Stand at times, I thought. I was a lot more sober than usual like

 

We are a young side, but these kids are growing up together and have been for a couple of years. It does seem the piece we needed in the jigsaw was RLB.... The guy has this team playing to their strengths and playing as a team...a joy to watch
