He chose a fake name in the early days to protect his family from the very real (and documented) threats against his family from islamic extremists. The threats are still there, if not greater, and the name is now more of a brand than an actual person's name. Are you referring to the sexual images of children? That is effectively condoning, encouraging and supporting the abuse. One thing that I don't see these issues expanding on, is the massive demand there seems to be for such images. That in itself should be cause for concern and research. I was, and largely still am in the hang 'em and flog 'em brigade, but I've had a number of long face to face conversations with a mental health professional and a senior probation officer who certainly didn't support the perverts, but had some interesting observations from their own long professional experience that was certainly food for thought.

I think the interpretation can get quite messy. On a related note, they claimed the guy that tried to assassinate Trump had images of various prominent people on his computer. It turns out these were just images in the cache that had been stored when they cropped up in his feed, rather than anything searched for or saved. I'm fully aware that these things get logged, but it's a big leap to claim he 'had' the images.
My Twitter feed these days seems to be largely a mixture of right wing and left wing content. Going by cached internet files I’m sure they could build a case that I’m a nazi or a communist and need locking up.
