This is yet another FARKE issue as Roberts a proper right back was hardly a starter last season, Anthony was on the bench and he didn’t like Spence so players will not come to Leeds if going to be sat in the bench all season. Farke should have eased the load on some players and maybe we would have had a different performance in the final?

And if he'd have dropped Archie to the bench for Roberts/Spence and benched Summerville for Anthony there'd be hell on but yeah, let's blame Farke.

So you don’t remember the countless times Archie was turned or out of position and suffered at RB. Yes he played really really well too but a RB he ain’t. Then how many times did FARKE state that he need to use every player in the squad because it’s a long season and players tire and how he needed to take care and manage 17yo Archie properly as he couldn’t do a full season playing every game. Well mate Archie, Ampadu Rodon and a few more were ever present and that meant a lot of players were either not used or under used. My view is that Roberts would have caused more damage and added experience at RB and Archie would have given us more further up the field in the middle…

Shock horror, our best players were nearly ever present last season. That's poor management.

We should definitely aim to play our better players a lot less this season.

The LUFC site has more about the women's team than the men.
Says it all, really.

Oh, and the dog botherers (bitches?) beat them2-0.

Sometime there’s no debating you Emu. If our better players had turned up at the end of the season we would be in the prem now mate.

Serious question:
Does anyone know what tactics Farke had at Norwich which he’s not using at Leeds. I am suspecting that Buendia and Cantwell were intrinsic and Pukki as a No9. Yet at Leeds we don’t seem to be able to play a No9 because he gets no service. Bamford, Piroe, Gelhardt and Rutter are just pointless in this version of Farkeball

Well, we lost most of our best players for this season, so they won't be turning up for us at any point.

We only had one true 9 at the club last season in Bamford and he's not reliable as a footballer both fitness wise and skillset wise. We tried Rutter up top but he doesn't score goals. Piroe got 14 goals last season despite playing mostly as a bit part player. Gelhardt is ****ed after 10 minutes, he needs running in training until he drops some weight and gets a bit of pace about him.

I see alot of promise in Joseph but we should be snapping up a loan striker as back up.

Piroe is not ****. If he plays as a 9 then he needs players running behind him. He's a poor man's Harry Kane. He won't press, he won't run in behind but if you give him a chance then he'll likely score. He is NOT a playmaker.

The Piroe question seems to be a thing because everyone of us can see he ain’t a 10 and everyone in the game can see he needs a partner as a striker and needs service. The coach at Swansea built a team around Piroe and that’s why he was the leagues top scorer constantly. Yet FARKE knows best and decides to play him as a 10 and when he plays him as a9 he gets no service yet everyone is now anti Piroe. Why can our football genius play a system that would benefit Piroe, or Joseph or even Bamford.. as it stands we play with a keeper and 9 outfield players

What side would you put out at Sheffield? What system?
