Not if Everton get the investors, just cannot see it happening. I also think we'll go for someone who is unemployed to avoid compensation

They maybe slightly unrealistic considering the clubs they've been at but best to aim high at first then see what happens...

How anyone could not want Ancelotti or Benitez I don't know. They'd be my first choice, 3rd is Moyes then if we can't attract them I'd go for Hughes or O'Neill but I'd rather aim as high as possible for starters instead of accepting 2nd best.

wouldn't be surprised if the replacement was already picked, spoken to and committed to becoming the new manager which would make me go for one of the ones out of work, worst case scenario it drags on and on.

One name which has yet to be mentioned by anyone apart from himself - Phil Brown. He would lead you into Europe in his deluded little mind.

Do you think our new manager will buy a LB & a LW & maybe a forward or 2 & he might even play 442 at home. Things are looking up

Voted Moyes although he is earmarked for the spuds job.

Next appointment will show ES ambition. Hiddink, Ancellotti etc will mean major investment. Any others minimal investment.

Gareth Southgate is out of work and wouldn't cost owt. Could be an outsider.

Come on 78, left sided footballers, at Sunderland? Surely not.

Just thinking we haven't had a proper left back at Sunderland since Ringo under Mick Mack, 7 years nearly (I won't count his 2nd spell at us ha)

Left Winger, Tobias Hysen/Ross Wallace, both 5 years ago, and people wonder why we criticised Bruce's management so much.

We've been without a left side of our team at Premiership club for half a decade now. Unfortunately we are now without strikers as well.

taking his history out of it he's a better option than the likes of sven, hoddle, southgate,Mclaren and a few others on that list*

apart from moulding a team that was unbeaten in what 40 odd games playing entertaining football the question should be what has sven done lately or hoddle or black or southgate or Curbishley or reid or Keane i could go on.
i know he's not a choice for you seeing what he has done to your club (t-shirt/ex toon etc.) but he's a better option than that shower of ****e but i don't expect you to say so because of your hatred for the man. He'll be a top manager one day but i think it's too early for the prem for him.
