Yes, he was the MOTM announced in the stadium which is given to one of the home players in a match I think.
he was not the official man of the match awarded by sky / bt- that was salah what you heard was the unofficial fans vote, voted by Ipswich fans for Ipswich players only, excluding Liverpool players is it really so hard for you to accept you are wrong? Whats the flaw in your personality that makes you insist that you are ALWAYS right?
Sorry mate, I was agreeing with you. Both Carlisle and I were referring to the in-house MOTM that was announced on the tannoy. I agree, he wasn't the overall man of the match. I don't think it needed such an over the top correction from you when it was clear what we both meant I thought as we both posted about it while the game was ongoing. This is where I feel a bit dispirited because even when I try to approach an exchange in the right way - by agreeing that you were right about who the overall motm was, I still cop a load of abuse back purely because I've tried to clarify what I and another poster meant.
Back of the City shirt looks a bit cluttered with the ‘120 Years’ at the top, then the SAFİPORT sponsor below, then the player name and squad number below that. Don’t know why SAFİPORT isn’t at the bottom but I’ve noticed a lot of Championship clubs this season have the back-of-shirt sponsor at the top and the player name and squad number below. Anyone know the reason? Are sponsors insisting on more prominent placement on the back of shirts?
Former City youngster Greg Olley (not a youngster anymore) is now captain and fan favourite at Gateshead. Bagged a 14 minute hat-trick last weekend but on the end of what looks like a leg breaker today, poor lad. Ref stopped the game for 30 mins while he was treated
I hope it's a while before we play Burnley. At least Racioppi won't win the biggest keeper gaff of the season.
Championship is really Championshipping right now. If you took Burnley out we could be on for an all timer season, shame they’ll run away with it
Not just for the obvious reason but I do really hope Leeds continue to struggle, might break the chain of parachute teams somewhat, with WBA, Watford, Norwich and (hopefully) Leeds reverting to the pack, and Sheff U and Luton limited in their own ways.
