    I was hoping it would be Bally and Craig Russell backing him up to give the players a kick up the arse.

    Be interesting to see if theres any evidence that Bruce took no notice of Black.

    Will he go for a win? Will he play players in their correct position? Will he do the unthinkable and play two strikers?

    I questioned Black a few months ago and referred to him as a "nodding dog" i got panned for it by some so it'll be interesting to see on Sunday what he does differently

    I am currently managing Man City, I've won everything there, and I'm two seasons in.

    I had previously applied for the Sunderland job several times but I have always been rejected.

    I'll be waiting for the call from Mr. Short

    You can never tell as a fan what an assistant manager does. Maybe he was pushing Bruce to be more attacking or he was supportive of everything he did. We don't know.

    Sooner we get the right man in the better!

    All Black has to do is pick the best 11 based on training this week and play them in their correct positions! Its that simple Bruce!

    Spot on decision from the board to act now like, give the new guy the best chance of keeping us safe then build for next year, maybe our chirman is in touch with us fans :)
