We’ve done a very poor job of trying to convince the world there really is a big 7. Weak as piss all summer after a flat season. When big teams struggle, they reinvest heavily to come back stronger. I cannot fathom what’s going through the heads of the leadership at Newcastle and here we are scraping a win against a newly promoted side. Thank Christ we didn’t get someone like Brighton or a big club in the first two matches.
They never seem to play well away from home and they don't look ready at all. We'll see, but that 11 I think loses. You said it yourself mate they were dreadful.
Fortunately it can’t be that 11 then. What, with Schar suspended and all that. Of course, there is an obvious lack of football understanding shown in making your comment any event along with your negative agenda promotion. Mainly we played with 10 men. No two games are the same. First game of the season. And we finished 11 last season solely based on away game performances and 3rd the season before that. But why let facts get in the way of rhetoric.
You say that but if they get beat it'll have been the right comment won't it ? No amount of rubbishing it is valid until proved otherwise. The fact is Newcastle are poor away from home.... that is correct.... one place they got thumped was Bournemouth incidentally. You're entitled to predict a win without me trying to prove otherwise before a ball is kicked... it's your assessment nothing more.
Thumped 2-0? Lol. You can't say we're poor from home this season as we haven't played away from home. Fact as we've played one and won one, even playing most of the game with ten men due to cringey cheating from Brereton-Twatwanker.
We were poor away last season is what I said mate. Until they show otherwise this season I will maintain the fact. If Newcastle lose I wonder if people will acknowledge this ? The game away at Bournemouth last season they got rinsed, so I have big doubts.

11th worst ? Your aim is higher surely. Newcastle were poor on the road that's why they failed in the objective not the home form which was excellent. They'll never land top 4 again if they're 11th worst
I always enjoy when people get unpleasant. I know what you said though but it's OK.. when you're backed into a corner this is what I expect. Everyone at the club knows the away form wasn't good enough last season
Simple English though isn’t it. Different words mean different things. Not good enough I would agree with. Poor isn’t the correct description and I wouldn’t agree overall last season that our away form was poor. If you deem sarcasm as unpleasant then I think you are being disingenuous given your posting history. Sarcasm being used as you deliberately are twisting/ignoring what I actually said.
You said 11th best because you're actively trying to deny Newcastle had an issue away from home. I'm saying I don't fancy them to win at Bournemouth plain and simple. The fact is everyone at the club acknowledges the away form was poor because it was folders... just accept reality. Saying 11th best is mental gymnastics... like advised already I can say 11th worst.. How many away wins out of 19 did they get ?
Had an issue means nothing. It’s too vague. You claim “everyone at the club acknowledges the away form was poor” but have no evidence to back it up. You don’t know “everyone at the club.” It’s just your belief. I could easily claim “everyone at the club acknowledges the away form was not good enough” but I don’t as I stick to facts where relevant. Your claiming that your opinion is as fact just shows the weakness of your stance. Also it would actually be 9th worst and not 11th worst. My saying 11th best is indicative of my having generally a positive rather than negative outlook. The reality for me is that our away form last season was average which was not good enough, not poor. As with GG I don’t have any problem with you having an opinion but you genuinely do seem to have an issue with others questioning your opinion and expressing a contrary one.
