True enough! Hopefully we kick on 2nd half. We have to improve with though. We cannot win anything in the air.

 

As much as Boro put 3 past Leeds away then lose to Derby. Which is nothing.

 

They’re talking ****e then, today that applies but in both those games we created more than enough to win both

I think you're right, but they were suggesting that we don't have a lot of chances relative to how much possession we have. Plymouth seem to get the ball and attack, we get the ball and just keep possession.

 

I feel it, we're supposed to be expansive with quick attacks. We mainly slow it down to Pandur. He hoofs it long and we lose possession. It happened more than 5 times today and a few times the previous 2 games.

 

I am repeating what I said at half time against Bristol City - I’m sick of gifting other teams chances from our silly play at the back. Again, good job the opposition are garbage up front. Unfortunately, so are we.

Every goal scored under Walter has come after 70 mins, including in the friendlies (at least I think this is true) This will end 4-0 city with all goals in the last 15 mins. Oscar hat-trick

 

As much as I have reservations about Burstow. Why not give him a shot?

 

I know we haven't set the world alight going forward but I actually like the things we try to do in the final third and I think in time we will see the rewards.

We use our underlapping players much more to try and create cut-back situations and although our crosses aren't coming off I feel when we do cross the timing is much better.

 

Even today Omur and Mehlem have missed great chances they should have finished.

 

It's nothing to do with LR. I said at the time, I thought he was a poor appointment.

We're trying to play a level of football we simply don't have the players to do it with.

 

We've been poor in the final third for a long time, that was never going to change overnight.

 

Maybe need to go to Specsavers?
