I see the Second Tier podcast has gone to ****. Their latest review of the opening games skipped Sunderland entirely....unless you pay to subscribe for the extended version. Giving 'Not the Top 20' a go instead.
August 4 (Played 2 already) September 3 October 5 November 6 December 6 January 5 February 5 March 5 April 6 May 1 (might be 3 or 4) These are the number of league games Sunderland will play per month, boxing day should be the half way point if none of the games are called off or are rescheduled. 10 months in total, I'm hoping our average points per month will be 9 giving us 90 points. Not too optimistic am I?
Not surprised to see Southgate taking a nice cushy behind the scenes job rather than a coaching role, 'Technical Observer' for UEFA. I would have been interested to see how he'd have done at club level but I think he'd have crashed and burned and I suspect so does he.
Really ? MOTD now counting number of team “ sprints” and “ intensive runs”. Whatever counts as one of those . Can’t we just enjoy seeing football played without this clinical over detailing- they’ll never show that higher intensive runs guarantees more goals or points
Losing to Liverpool and City was the first time Kieran McKenna has suffered back to back defeats as a football manager in 117 games.
