Well looks like Burnley are the team to beat again ffs.

I really hope we can add some quality and compete tbis season and become the club we should be again.

 

Burnley look very good, they have the strongest squad and the game changed when they freshen it up

Luton will be an interesting team this season, trying to play more football these days but still got the big 2 up top thatll cause teams a lot of the problems. I like their 2 wbs n nakamba is a quality CM, hes been a huge loss tonight

 

Why can't they make it interesting and be a shambles like we were when we went down from the PL???

 

TBH mate, they can do us a favour by beating all our rivals ...

If anyone finishes one place above Burnley theyll be Champions imo.

This is why i can never understand why some fans say its too early to get promoted. Burnley are a small club but earned 100s of millions being a regular Premiership side over the years. I want to see us go up, and even if we get battered most weeks we'll come back down with a squad thats far above most teams in the Championship after earning over 100m in promotion money, and then you just keep getting stronger and stronger till you become a Brighton or a Crystal Palace and become an established Premiership team. Its hard to compete against these newly relegated Premiership teams.

Sounds like the Luton faithful have been sanitised by 1 season in the Prem despite the home atmosphere being the main thing to keep them up.

Burnley were class there like. I didn't think theg retained so many players. Strong squad.

 

Bit disheartening watching that, don't think we'll be this season's Ipswich. Parachute payments screwing the league.

Burnley and Sheff Wed both look good but frankly Luton and Plymouth both looked ****e.

Impossible to be sure exactly where teams are until they’ve played 2 or 3 games.

 

I’d say so. Cardiff were so ineffective against us. And they’ll have even less of the ball away to Burnley
