The club shouldn’t have been so greedy a few weeks ago demanding £20m for him because he would have been back in France now if they hadnt

We created enough chances to win three games comfortably.

Like we do 90% of the time

On another day we win that one by 5 or 6. Keep that up and we will go up.

How many times do we say that - yet we never do...

If we’re paying 15m for him I’d say it probably means another on his way, assuming Gnoto.

I'm sorry Southern, but whilst I know you liked Klaesson as a player, he is no longer at the club, so obviously a lot more of the coaches rated him less than you.

Also in the league , Klaesson played 2 games (I'm sure you would prefer me to mention the FA Cup game too) and conceded 2 goals. Meslier played 42 1/2 games and conceded 38 goals. Darlow played 1 1/2 games and conceded 2 goals in the league. So given that only one of our goalies conceded less than a goal per game in the league, I dont think you can say that we had a tighter defence when Klaesson played in goal, given his one clean sheet.

Now of course I am not going to defend Meslier, I've done it in the past and even I can see that he's become a liability. Klaesson may even be the better keeper all round, and you may well be correct in your opinion, but don't try and twist facts by saying that the reason we had a tighter defence last season for a handful of games, was down to Klaesson playing in goal. He conceded 2 goals in the game against Watford and his clean sheet in the league was against Wayne Rooney's Birmingham.

I am sure that for the 19 clean sheets we had in the league when Meslier was in goal, you will give credit to the defence as a whole as opposed to the goalkeeper, so at least be consistent and don't infer that we had a tighter defence because we had a different keeper in the nets for a couple of games

So what you are saying Ell, is that we need to stop kicking the ball out of play so much ;)

Rowe pulled out of the Norwich match day squad saying he wasn't in the right frame of mind, he has now been relegated to train with the U21s

Bit like Gnonto went on strike, and we certainly don't want another like that.

Give the opposition a goal? So 5-1 or 6-1. Only cos we've a polo mint in goal. Thoughts?

    Firm handshakes.

Very easy to deal with. None of this namby pamby waiting for deadline day or re-quoting and disagreeing. Just a quick question and it's on.

I appreciate the fact you were willing to back up your words.

Just eaten at Hickory's smokehouse at Lawnswood. Not been open long but it was a good meal. They've put some money in to the place.

So the Palace player has chosen the blunts over Leeds due to guaranteed playing time. The midfeilder from Koln isn’t coming because the £3.5m we offered was seen as a joke. So anyone thinking we are going to pay £15m for a player are having a jiraffe. After taking in between £80m and £100m in transfer fees I reckon I’m getting a bit peed off with the 49ers and look how much the wage bill has reduced as 20 players have gone and a couple in. That result on Saturday has certainly got tongues wagging about FARKE again. Lots to sort out at Leeds one way or another
