Ive known him years, and we always have but he's decided to attack me today for whatever reason so ive responded in kind. Ive always thought deep down hes abit of a sad prick though, so he's no great loss. I was actually quite happy when he said he was leaving a few weeks ago after crying over comments made on a thread about the UK when hes been shacked up in Australia for the last however many years. Im sure hes a delightful visitor to the country for them
This thread is now closed . . . . RTB asked for it to stay 'on thread' but it hasn't, and it's spoiled it (all of his threads are unrivalled on NOT606) I'm disappointed to have to say this, but please have some respect for his next Match Day Thread
I've re-opened it, hoping that we've all calmed down and the match can be discussed like we should be able
Just went to look at the RTG verdict on our 2-0 away win, against a team that finished above us, a goal from a training ground routine, a great goal from open play and with a debutant in a key position ... ... 'Cardiff were shyte'
I think it was mentioned that Jobe looked a bit quicker than last season. He certainly seems it on some of these clips:
The backtracking, for the second goal, was phenomenal ... ... you'd hate to play against him and try to knock him off the ball. Another two years, of this kind of progress and WOW!
Seen that. I’ve been a big critic of Jobe and some of his performances but he was excellent yesterday.
But, but, but the social media experts Jordan, Jamie and Jarrard hold more weight than people who know better or actual have facts, or should I refer to them as RTG berks.
I'm in the 94th minute of watching the game again and it's amazing how much you miss, me anyway. Browne has taken a big weight off O'Nien, regularly charging back into the box to cut out crosses, etc. Roberts was so exhausted he could barely walk off the pitch when he was subbed. Jobe never gave their players a second on the ball, they were sick of him by the end.

That's before we kicked off, it got worse.
150 Sunderland appearances up for Dan Neil now. Incredible. Really hope we get another 150 out of him!
